I have inherited an Avaya IP Office 500 system here which works fine and we don't have many issues. My problem is, i have a very old PC which has Avaya software installed on it for changing phone system settings (user names, hunt groups, extensions) and i need to move this software onto a newer PC. I have no discs to use and when i try to download the software, apparently i am not entitled to download it (i'm not a partner or re-seller?) Can anyone advise the best place to download V8 of the software (office manager + system status)?
